Gynostemma (Jiaogulan )herbal tea has no caffeine, Artificial flavors, Coloring, Preservatives, or Sugar. Jiaogulan is a 100%  natural herb.

Function:

1.Adaptogen: Jiaogulan contains a large amount of harmonic saponins, partly the same as in the Ginseng plant. Next to that, Jiaogulan contains its own group of saponins, called gypenosides. These gypenosides prevent stress from harming the body.

Directions: Pour 2-3 cups of hot water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add 1-3 tea bags, depending on potency, cover and turn off heat. Let it brew for 4-7 minutes and serve.Add ice or iced tea.
